Depending on the morphology of the technical or industrial blade to be developed, we use the most suitable technology in terms of economy and quality:
- eithereither a blank made by hot forging
- or by laser or press cutting
Laser or press cutting
For example, an electric pruning shear blade is blanked from laser or press cutting. A food blade should preferably be cut.
A counter-blade or flail is made from hot stamping, guaranteeing maximum mechanical strength with minimum weight.
